I was hired by Mercado da Torre (Tower Market) to improve their costumer journey and create a schedule of entertainment programs to draw in customers.
I started by bringing the brand experience to life in the physical space. I partnered with a graphic designer to take the existing illustrations and brought them to life in 3D form as wood sculptures at human scale
I created a series of events including a monthly wine tasting for special guests, a daily happy hour, a weekend kids experience and a natural food tent. We brought technology into the events including VR glasses where the attendees could travel to specific vineyards in Italy while tasting that wine.
I created an entertainment calendar of all the events we planned. I partnered with the graphic design team to make a series of posters promoting the events. Each had a gastronomic experience with music and food that transported the guests to a specific part of the world.
