Co-Haut experience

Client: Haut
Summary:
Project manager, exhibition, layout, 3D model
Year: 2022

Haut is one of the leading building developers in Brazil, known for their beautiful modern architecture, focus on sustainability and thoughtful design experiences. Their latest project is a mixed-use building for millennials that combines residences, working spaces, social lounges, wellness services and community connection. They call this concept, Co-Haut. I was hired to create a unique experience to launch this new building brand and celebrate their 5 anniversary as a company.

My concept brought together the history of Haut with the unique features of the 4 Co-haut buildings in a new development showroom environment that takes the buyers on an interactive journey.

First, they enter the "Time Tunnel” inspired by the A of the Haut logo. As they enter the tunnel they interact with a visual timeline that includes models, videos and a photography exhibition of the Haut brand and projects.

The second step was to communicate a connection to the energy of the city while providing a personal sanctuary away from it. As you enter the staircase, I created a visual and audio experience with sounds from the city that include voices, cars and cellphone noises. Moving from the stairs to the apartments it shifts to a world of disconnection. The wellness experience includes a pool, spa, wine room and a concierge app that provides services on demand.

Show room experience

After this sensory journey the customers arrive on the show room floor, where they are received by actors who treat them as "new neighbors”, providing a sense of community the building promises. Four different apartments reference different lifestyles: traveler, creator, host and collector. The furniture, decoration and actors help bring the different personas to life. The show room flows into a cafe that hosts events and welcomes people at street level to get a preview of the Co-haut lifestyle they could live if they become an owner.

It was my goal to transform how people think of the traditional show room and immerse the visitors into an interactive theatrical experience.
